All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to me. If a print(s) or handmade item(s) have been damaged during the shipping process, I will give you a refund and send you a new print(s) or item(s). However, if an original piece of art was damaged during the shipping process, I will refund your money, but I cannot send you a new one, as it was an original piece. However, I will be happy to give you a discount on a future purchase or commission.
