Hi there! My name is Nadia Rausa and I'm a Korean-American illustrator and photographer living in Alaska, USA (no, I don't live in an igloo or have a pet moose 😉). Like most artists, I've been drawing for as long as I can remember; however, I didn't seriously start studying art until my sophomore year of college when I decided to switch from a neuro-psychology path to an art path. My artistic interests include illustrating humans, nature, animals, current and past issues, and religion through fantastical symbolism in muted or pastel color schemes.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading horror and fantasy books, watching and studying films, playing video and card games, adventuring and hiking with my husband, travelling and photographing things with my best friend (who took the photo on this page!), and cuddling with my kitty.
